How are dagpenger calculated in Norway?

Dagpenger are calculated as 62.4% of your dagpengegrunnlag (income base). The base is your average income from the last 12 months, or the average of the last 36 months, whichever is higher. Income above 6G (6 × grunnbeløpet) is not included.
